‘CONTEST'
Celebrate Eurovision 2022 by exploring Europe with each of our four (4) featured artists!
Sam Ryder – Parlophone UK (UK)
Achille Lauro – Warner Music Italy (San Marino) Emma Muscat – Warner Music Italy (Malta) Lum!x – Spinnin’ Records (Austria)
At each stop along the way, complete a task to advance to the next destination country. Complete four (4) tasks and you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win two (2x) tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest final in Turin on May 14th, 2022.
‘CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS'
The terms and conditions as set forth below. These Contest Terms & Conditions are applicable to the Contest. Specific details about the Contest, including dates, prizes and rules that are specific to each Contest. The specific terms & conditions may be found on the Contest Platform.
‘THE PLATFORM’
The contest shall run at the main platform http://euromusictrip.com.
There are going to be multiple stages to this contest with other platforms involved (e.g. follow the artist(s) on
Spotify, follow a specific playlist on Spotify, follow the artist(s) on Instagram, TikTok).
‘THE TERRITORY’
The contest shall solely be running in the European Union (EU).
‘THE DURATION OF THE CONTEST’
The contest shall be running from April 19th 2022 at 10 am CEST up and until May 5th 2022 at 6 pm CEST.
The Organization is, at its sole discretion, allowed to extend the Contest until the date of the first semi-final, (May 10th 2022) of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
‘THE ORGANIZATION’
This Contest is being run by Spinnin’ Records, a Warner Music affiliate, (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”). Main
contact information: Spinnin’ Records B.V., Marathon 4, 1213 PJ, Hilversum, The Netherlands.
By providing your details to us you confirm that you would like to enter the Contest and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("t&c"). In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in any promotion materials and these t&c, these t&c take precedence.
‘THE PRIZE’
Two (2) tickets to the Eurovision Grand Final in Turin on May 14th, 2022 (travel costs and lodging is excluded).

ELIGIBILITY - WHO CAN ENTER?
Participants of the Contest on the Platform must be a legal resident in the European Union (EU) and at least be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest. The Participant is at liberty to enter into this Contest and does not infringe upon the rights of any other entity.
You are not eligible to enter the Contest or are eligible for disqualification after entering the Contest if you:
a) Are under the age of 18, and/or;
b) Are a resident out of the Territory, and/or;
c) Are an employee or representative of, or artist(s) exclusively signed to The Organization or are a
member of the direct family of employees, representatives of or artist(s) exclusively signed to The
Organization, and/or;
d) Are an employee or representative of the Eurovision Song Contest/European Broadcast Organization
or are a member of the direct family of employees, representatives of the Eurovision Song
Contest/European Broadcast Organization, and/or;
e) Do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions.
HOW DO I ENTER?
Participants of the Contest on the Platform can enter the Contest by connecting via their Spotify account. The Participants will have to complete the following four (4) tasks to enter the prize draw:
1) Follow the Artist on Spotify;
2) Follow the playlist on Spotify;
3) Follow the Artist on his/her social platform
(Instagram for Achille Lauro, Emma Muscat and Lum!x, TikTok for Sam Ryder);
4) Enter your email address.
Participating in the Contest is free of charge.
By participating in the Contest, each participant is confirming that they have read and agree to comply with: (i) these Contest terms and conditions; (ii) the terms of use of Spotify, Instagram and/or TikTok related to your users account and iii) to be bound by the final decision of the Organization.
All participants are required to tick a checkbox confirming acceptance of these terms & conditions and use of the participant’s data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer the Contest.
All participants agree that their contact information may be shared with The Organization for use of, but not limited to, contacting the winner of the contest and for purposes set forth in the Platform’s Privacy Statement.
HOW DO I WIN?
One (1) winner shall be randomly selected via the Warner Connect platform.
The Organization will announce the winner within five (5) business days after completion of the Contest period as set out in the terms & conditions. This period may be later than the day of completion of the Contest period for reasons that include but are not limited to a large amount of entries etc.
The Organization is not under the obligation to (and shall not) correspond with participants, in any way, about the selection of the winner.
The winners shall be notified by email. If the winner has not come forward with responding within two (2) days upon receipt of the email, he or she will forfeit their claim to the prize.
In case of refusal of the Prize by the winner or any other reason, the winner forfeits his or her claim to the prize the and The Organization will appoint a different winner. In any case, the winner forfeits their claim to the prize, if incomplete or inaccurate information uploaded to the Platform prevents the Prize Winner to be contacted.

The Organization reserves the right to disqualify a participant for the Contest in its sole discretion because of, but not limited to entering a Contest outside the respective timeframe, breaking the Contest Terms & Conditions, cheating, or otherwise behaving in a disruptive manner, which may or may not give a unfair advantage compared to other participants.
WHAT CAN I WIN?
The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Eurovision Grand Final in Turin on May 14th, 2022 (travel costs and lodging is excluded).
The winners are solely responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in these terms & conditions. The winner will also be responsible for all applicable personal documentation (such as valid ID card and/or passport) and taxes, if any, relating to and/or payable in respect of the prize(s). We will not be responsible for providing any alternative prize(s).
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be available for the prize.
The Organization is not responsible or liable for any losses, taxes, damages, injury or health problems that may result from participating in the contest or receiving the Prize.
DATA PROTECTION
Participants’ personal data (including contact details) will be processed by us and/or the third parties acting on our behalf, in connection with operating the Contest (including administering the prize) according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://spinninrecords.com/privacy. Delivering personal data is voluntary but it is essential in order to take part in the Contest. Participants have the right to access the data delivered at any time as well as the right to demand their rectification, erasure or restriction and all other rights according to the GDPR and other applicable local data protection laws, for example by contacting us at info@spinninrecords.nl.
MODIFICATIONS
The Organization may revise, change or alter these Contest Terms & Conditions and/or cancel, modify or suspend a specific Contest without prior notice in its sole discretion. Such changes will be made public on The Platform and/or official social media channels controlled by (employees of) The Organization. You hereby agree to be legally bound by the Contest Terms & Conditions as updated and/or modified.
MISCELLANEOUS
Despite the utmost care The Organization spends on the management of the Platform and the organization of the campaign, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete or incorrect. Typos or misspellings or other similar errors by The Organization’s published material of any nature whatsoever, cannot be invoked against The Organization and can in no way create an obligation for The Organization.
The Organization is not responsible for any technical problems, including the failure of the Internet, making possible participation in the Contest impossible.
The Organization is not responsible or liable for costs incurred by the participant in connection with participation in each specific Contest. The participant indemnifies The Organization from claims from third parties in connection with any breach of these Contest Terms & Conditions or in connection with the acts or omissions of the participant.
GOVERNING LAW
Unless prohibited by law, the Contest and these Terms & Conditions are solely governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from of or in connection with these Contest Terms & Conditions shall solely be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
